嘉美心酒造さんへ行ってきました！ ～ Visit Kamikokoro Brewery ～
東京ビッグサイトで開催されていた展示会に出展されていた、岡山県の「嘉美心酒造（かみこころしゅぞう）」さん。
展示会で試飲させていただいたお酒があまりに美味しくて、岡山の蔵まで行ってきました！
蔵見学では杜氏さんにご案内いただき、しかも実際に作業されている間近で！大迫力！！かなり見応えのある見学でした！見学のあとは、色々なお酒の試飲も🍶

嘉美心酒造さんでは、春夏秋冬、年に４回の蔵祭りを開催されているそうです。次回は7月5日・6日の夏祭り🍶
夏祭りまで待ちきれず、、、ということで、４月２６日（土）にSAKEすみ川で嘉美心酒造さんのお酒の試飲会を開催することにいたしました！
当日は、利き酒クイズも行う予定です^^

= Visit to Kamikokoro Sake Brewery!=
At a trade show held at Tokyo Big Sight, I had the pleasure of tasting sake from Kamikokoro Sake Brewery in Okayama—and it was so delicious that we decided to visit the brewery in person!
During the tour, the master brewer himself guided us, and we got to see the brewing process up close while the team was actively at work—such an impressive and powerful experience! It was truly a fascinating tour. After the tour, we also got to sample a variety of their sake🍶

Kamikokoro hosts seasonal brewery festivals four times a year—one for each season. The next event is their Summer Festival
, happening onJuly 5th and 6th🍶
But… we couldn’t wait until summer!
So, we’re excited to announce a special Kamikokoro Sake Tasting Event atSAKE Sumikawa on Saturday, April 26th!
We'll also have a fun sake quiz for all participants to enjoy! 😊

- Date & Time: Saturday, April 26th, from 5:00 PM until the sake runs out (come and go as you please!)
- Location: SAKE Sumikawa (@Shimbashi)
- Participation Fee: ¥2,000 per person
What’s included:
- A tasting of 10 types of sake from Kamikokoro Sake Brewery (Okayama)
- Simple local snacks from Okayama (Feel free to bring your own favorite snacks too!)
