元オリンピック日本代表・成田童夢さんご来店！ Mr.Domu Narita, a former Olympic representative for Japan in snowboarding, joined our event at SAKE Sumikawa! ＼
元オリンピック日本代表（スノーボード）の成田童夢さんがいらっしゃいました！
童夢さんは、店主の村瀬が事務局長を務めております、（一社）地方創生推進協議会のスポーツ創生推進委員・委員長をされていらっしゃいます。
この度、「世界最高峰の山々からスノーボードで滑走する」という挑戦を開始されます！
未来を担う子供たちに、自然の大切さや過酷さ、年々深刻化する地球温暖化による雪不足など、地球環境問題に真摯に向き合える働きかけを行いたい、という思いが背景にあったそうです。
昨今の地球温暖化や異常気象は、お酒造りにも大きな影響を及ぼすと言われています。店主は一緒に山へ登ることはできませんが、私たちがこれからも美味しいお酒を飲むこともがきるよう、童夢さんが帯同する国旗と共に参加いたします！
初回の山は、8/26出発！オーストラリアのコジオスコです！
It’s been a while since our last post💦
Mr.Domu Narita, a former Olympic representative for Japan in snowboarding, joined our event at SAKE Sumikawa!
He serves as the Chairman of the Sports Promotion Committee of the Association for Regional Revitalization Promotion, whose secretary-general is Rikako, the owner of the SAKE Sumikawa shop.
This is a new challenge to snowboard down some of the world’s highest mountains! His mission is to inspire future generations by raising awareness about the importance and harshness of nature, as well as the increasingly severe issue of snow shortages caused by global warming.
The recent impacts of global warming and extreme weather have been said to affect Sake production as well. While Rikako cannot join him in climbing the mountains, we will be there in spirit, with our flag accompanying Mr. Narita, to ensure we can continue enjoying delicious Sake in the future!
The first mountain is set for August 26th, and it will be Mount Kosciuszko in Australia!
