酒×旅行「酒とりっぷ」in 香港🇭🇰 ～The "SAKE Trip," a combination of alcohol and travel, in Hong Kong!～
ほろ酔いイベント初の海外です！
酒×旅行「酒とりっぷ」を香港で開催してきました！
飛行機は、日本に今年就航したばかりの #グレーターベイエアラインズ を利用しました✈️
酒蔵見学等の国内の「 #酒とりっぷ 」はこれまで4回ほど開催してきましたが、コロナ禍の影響もあり海外はお初です！
上海カニのシーズンに合わせ、日本酒・焼酎・梅酒を現地レストランに持ち込み、”勝手にペアリング会”をしてきました^^
カニのときにはなぜか妙に日本酒が欲しくなる！
焼酎は、中華全般に寄り添う寄り添う！
梅酒はデザート代わりにもなって美味でした！
今回持ち込んだお酒：
⚫︎純米吟醸酒原酒ひだほまれ55（ #天領酒造 ）
⚫︎スパニッシュオレンジ（麦焼酎・ #天盃 ）
⚫︎マツイ梅酒ブランデー仕込み（ #松井酒造合名会社 ）
これからも様々なお料理と合わせてみたいと思います♪
This is the first ”Horoyoi (Tipsy)” Event overseas! We held the "SAKE Trip," a combination of alcohol and travel, in Hong Kong!
We utilized the this year launched #greaterbayairlines on our flight between Hong Kong and Japan✈️
While we have organized domestic "SAKE Trips," including brewery tours, about four times before, this is our first initiative to actually go to the field due in part to the impacts of the COVID pandemic!
To coincide with the season of Shanghai crabs, we brought SAKE, Shochu, and Umeshu(plum wine) to local restaurants and held a "pairing party" ^^
Personally, I always craved SAKE during crab dish!
Shochu complements a wide range of Chinese dishes perfectly!
The plum wine served as a delightful dessert substitute!
The beverages we brought this time:
⚫︎Junmai Ginjo Genshu Hidahomare 55 ( #tenryousyuzou )
⚫︎Spanish Orange (Barley Shochu, #tenpai )
⚫︎Matsui Plum Wine Brandy-aged ( #matsuishuzo )
We look forward to trying SAKE with various dishes in the future♪
