6/17(土)17:30～ SAKEすみ川の地階にある本格イタリアンレストランCANTINAさんで、天領酒造さんとのペアリング会を開催しました！
天領酒造さんからは代表取締役の上野⽥⽒にお越しいただき、お⾷事は超新鮮な豪華な⾷材を使ったお料理の数々に合わせ、お酒もお⾷事も本当に美味しかった！
⼤変贅沢なペアリング会となりました！
イタリアンフードと⽇本酒のペアリングは初めての試みでしたが、すごく合う！
およそ３ヶ⽉かけてペアリングの研究を⼀緒にしてくれたヨッシーさんに本当に感謝！

Sake Sumikawa hosted a SAKE and Italian food pairing event!
It took place at CANTINA, an authentic Italian restaurant located in the basement of SAKE Sumikawa in Shimbashi.
We had the pleasure of having Mr. Uenoda, the CEO of Tenryo Sake Brewery, gracing us with his presence for this collaboration.
The dishes, made with incredibly fresh and luxurious ingredients, paired beautifully with the sake, and both were absolutely delicious!
It was a truly luxurious and indulgent pairing event.
Although it was our first attempt, the pairing of Italian food and SAKE was a perfect match!
A big thank you to Ysshy, who worked with us for about three months on the research.
