⼩⾖島酒造（森國）さんの新酒祭りに合わせて企画しました酒蔵ツアーに⾏って参りました！

◆⼭成酒造（岡⼭県井原市）
渡邊杜⽒さんにご案内いただき、完全プライベートのとっても贅沢な酒蔵⾒学をさせていただきました。
創業当時から使われているというとても貴重な和釜が！「外がかりっと、中がふわっと」した蒸⽶ができるそうです。
試飲させていただいたしぼりたてのお酒は、どれもフレッシュでほんとに美味しい！
井原市には⾒どころが沢⼭あるので、観光と合わせてまたゆっくりと訪問したいです！

◆⼩⾖島酒造∕森國（⾹川県⼩⾖島）
新酒祭りに⾏って参りました。沢⼭の地のものを販売しており、どれもこれも美味しい！
蔵元さんにご案内いただき、蔵の中も⾒せていただき⾊々と教えていただき勉強になりました。オリーブ酵⺟を使ったお酒がとてもインパクトあり！英⽂表記もあるので、お連れした外国の⽅にも分かりやすかった様⼦😊
カフェでのお⾷事＆お酒は最⾼に美味しくて、やはり現地で飲むお酒は格別ですね！

I went with a tour group as a Tour Manager to Yamanari-shuzo and Shodoshimashuzo (MORIKUNI) to adjust to joining the "New SAKE Festival" at Shodoshimashuzo!

◆Yamanari-shuzo (Ibara city, Okayama)
Mr. Watanabe who is Toji (a chef SAKE maker) took us on a tour of the sake brewery
in a completely private. It felt like such a luxury.
A very valuable Japanese traditional big pot that has been used since its
establishment! It is said that steamed rice that is “crispy on the outside and soft on the inside” can be produced.
All the freshly squeezed SAKE that we tasted was fresh and really delicious!
Ibara City has a lot to see, so I would like to visit there again at a leisurely pace at the same time as well!

◆Shodoshima-shuzo / MORIKUNI (Shodoshima island, Kagawa)
I went to the "New SAKE Festival" with my clients. Sold a lot of local foods, and all of them are delicious!
Kuramoto (a SAKE brewery) showed us around the inside of the brewery, and she taught us a lot gently, which was a great learning experience. Sake yeast made from olive fruit is very impressive! There is also an English notation, so it was easy to understand also for the foreigners who I brought.😊
The foods and alcohol at the MORIKUNI Cafe adjoining the brewery are really nice!
The alcohol we drink locally is exceptional!
