【天盃＊南高梅】クラフト梅酒作り体験開催 ／ 【Workshop】Craft Umeshu !
SAKEすみ川にて「⾃家製クラフト梅酒つくり体験」を開催しました！
仕込みは、梅酒⽤に作られたこだわりの「#天盃 梅酒⽤」本格焼酎と、この⽇に合せて収穫していただいた超新鮮な、農家さん直送の採りたて南⾼梅！
なんと贅沢な梅酒なんでしょう！
最⾼級品と⾔われている南⾼梅は、#東紀州地域振興公社 さんよりご紹介いただきました、三重県紀宝町の前地農園さんから直送していただきました。
ちなみに前地農園さんの「温州みかん」もオススメです♪
蔵元さんで1年漬けこまれた美味しい〜梅酒を⽚⼿に、東紀州の美しい映像を⾒ながらの楽しい梅仕事でした♪
できあがりが楽しみです😄
☆東紀州の熊野古道伊勢路は、伊勢神宮と熊野三⼭（熊野本宮⼤社、熊野速⽟⼤社、熊野那智⼤社）を結ぶ参詣道です。2004年には⼀部が世界遺産に登録されました。約170kmの巡礼の道で、正に⽇本のサンティアゴ・デ・コンポステーラ！
Craft Umeshu Experience!
We had a workshop for making Umeshu!
We used the special Shochu for making Umeshu and super fresh Nanko-ume which was picked and directly sent for this event date.
What a luxurious Umeshu!
We tried to taste the Umeshu preserved in Tenpai's Shochu for one year, and it's really nice!
This is exactly the craftsmanship of Tenpai Shochu.
It’s totally different from Umeshu made with white liquor instead of Shochu.
Nankoume, which is said to be the finest product, was sent directly from Maeji Farm in Kiho Town, Mie Prefecture (Higashi-Kishu area), and was introduced by Higashi Kishu Regional Organization.
We enjoyed making Umeshu with a nice view of Higashi-Kishu by online view.
Higashi-Kishu area is just like Santiago de Compostela!
※The Kumano Kodo Iseji: In 2004, the Sacred Sites and Pilgrimage Routes in the Kii Mountain Range were designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This consists of 3 sacred sites (Kumano Sanzan, Yoshino and Omine, and Koyasan).
